Shipping and Refund Policy

We only ship to the United States. 

Processing and shipping time for standard orders for existing products should take between one to six weeks. 

Custom orders can take 8 to 10 weeks to process due to the possible need to order supplies. Shipping then takes about 2 weeks.  

We use USPS Ground Advantage Mail for all orders. We have a flat-rate shipping cost of $5.00. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please send a photo of the issue to our email. We can then work with you to honor a refund or replacement.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy it.  

Our products can present a choking hazard. We are not responsible for any choking or other accidents related to our products at all. This includes accidental death.
